What this PDF editor can do

This browser editor supports practical changes to an existing PDF: add text to one page or every page, rotate individual pages, delete unwanted pages, and save a new edited copy.

How to use it

Choose a PDF from your device.
Select the page you want to change.
Add text, rotate the page, or delete it.
Repeat as needed, then choose Download Edited PDF.

Adding text

Choose left, center, or right placement and top, middle, or bottom placement. The editor calculates the position from the actual dimensions of the selected PDF page. You can also apply the same text to every remaining page, which is useful for short labels or simple watermarks.

Privacy

The selected PDF is read and modified in the browser. The editor does not require an ATOMOS Tools upload endpoint to perform these edits.

Important limitations

This is a lightweight browser PDF editor rather than a desktop publishing application. It does not directly edit existing words already embedded in a PDF, perform OCR, recreate scanned documents, or provide pixel-level visual layout editing. Password-protected or unusually structured PDFs may not load.

Verify the finished document

Open the downloaded PDF and review every changed page before replacing your original. Keep the original file until you have confirmed that text placement, page rotation, page deletion, and page order are correct.
