Browser-based tools

Many tools perform calculations or transformations in the browser. Temporary input held in memory is different from advertising or analytics cookies. A tool page should state when data is sent to a server rather than processed locally.

Optional analytics

If optional analytics is enabled, it will be configured so that consent requirements are respected.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled later, advertising cookies and personalized advertising will only be activated under the required publisher and consent configuration. Applicable Google-certified consent-management requirements must be satisfied before personalized ads are served where required.

Current consent defaults

ATOMOS Tools initializes Google Consent Mode with advertising storage, analytics storage, ad user data, and ad personalization denied by default. Choosing essential-only keeps those optional states denied. Choosing optional cookies may allow analytics storage if optional analytics is activated in the future; advertising-related consent remains denied on the current free site.

Certified CMP requirement if personalized ads are enabled

The current first-party cookie controls are not represented as a Google-certified CMP. If ATOMOS Tools later serves personalized Google ads to visitors in regions where Google requires a certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, that certified CMP must be configured before personalized advertising is enabled.
