ATOMOS Tools operates atomostools.com as a Reserve One Holdings project. This policy explains what information may be processed, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
Information you provide
- Free download requests: first name, email address, requested resource, consent choices, and request time.
- Contact messages: name, email, subject, message content, and consent to receive a reply.
Technical information
Cloudflare may process routine request and security data such as IP address, browser/device information, request time, requested URL, and security events as part of hosting and protecting the site.
How information is used
- Deliver requested free resources.
- Respond to support and correction requests.
- Maintain site security and prevent abuse.
- Improve tools, content, accessibility, and reliability.
- Send marketing email only where separate optional consent has been provided.
ATOMOS Tools does not sell personal information.
Email delivery
Resend may process transactional email such as requested resource links and support replies.

Advertising is not required to use published tools. If optional advertising or analytics is enabled later, the required consent and publisher configuration will be applied before optional storage or personalized advertising is activated where consent is required.

Free downloads
ATOMOS Tools free downloadable resources do not require payment, but ATOMOS collects a first name and email address and verifies the email before releasing the requested file.
Paid accounts and billing
If you purchase a paid ATOMOS plan, account and entitlement information may be stored so the service can identify your plan, billing frequency, seat allowance, usage limits, renewal status, and access permissions. Payment credentials are processed by PayPal and are not stored by ATOMOS Tools.
Tool processing
Some tools operate locally in the browser. Other tools, including account, usage, payment, and short-link features, require server-side processing. Each tool should describe its processing model where it materially affects privacy.
Download previews
ATOMOS lets visitors preview downloadable resources before providing a name or email. First name and verified email are requested only when the visitor chooses to request the actual file.
