These terms govern access to atomostools.com.

Services

ATOMOS Tools provides free browser-based utilities, original guides, and free downloadable resources. ATOMOS offers a useful free allowance for published tools, with optional paid plans that provide higher limits, team access, premium capabilities, and an ad-free experience where available.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, attack infrastructure, upload malicious input intended to exploit the site, interfere with other visitors, or scrape the service in a way that materially degrades availability.

Downloads

Free printable resources are provided for personal or internal business use unless a resource states otherwise. Do not remove ATOMOS Tools branding and resell the resources as your own.

Accuracy

Tools and calculators are provided for general informational use. Results may contain errors or depend on assumptions. Verify important results independently.

Availability

Tools may be corrected, changed, replaced, or removed for security, quality, or maintenance.

Third-party services

Cloudflare is used for hosting and security infrastructure, and Cloudflare Email Service is used for transactional account and download email. Optional advertising services may be added only after required configuration and disclosures are in place.

Intellectual property

ATOMOS Tools branding, original content, interfaces, and downloadable resources are protected by applicable rights, subject to third-party licenses.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing. The selected billing interval and price are shown before purchase. Annual plans are charged as an annual payment unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally erase access already paid for during the current billing period, unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

Plan limits and seats

Paid plans may include higher usage allowances, larger file limits, premium features, and multiple user seats. Usage allowances and seat counts are defined by the active plan and may be enforced server-side.

Payment processing

PayPal is used to process paid transactions. ATOMOS determines the selected product or subscription entitlement, while PayPal handles payment authorization and processing.
