Corrections Policy

ATOMOS Tools aims to correct material errors in tools, instructions, metadata, and policy pages promptly. A material error is one that could cause a tool to return an incorrect result, misrepresent how data is processed, send a visitor to a broken destination, or create a misleading impression.

How corrections are handled

Reports are reproduced where possible, the affected page is inspected, and related pages are checked for the same issue. When a repair changes the behavior or meaning of a page, its review date and changelog should be updated.

What does not count as a correction

Reasonable differences in writing style, optional design preferences, and results caused by unsupported browser behavior may not require a formal correction. They may still be addressed as usability improvements.

Visitors should use the monitored contact method listed on the Contact page once it is connected before production launch.
